What is the programme?
It's a 10 week, training and nutrition programme for men who want to lose weight, tone up and feel great. There are 3 key elements to the programme; exercise, nutrition and education. 15 workouts for at home or in the gym. A flexible, easy to follow meal plan with 100's of optional recipes. Daily educational videos on a wide range of health and fitness topics.
Steve Bradley, The Fitness Guy will coach you throughout the programme. You can ask questions at any time on posts within the course, using the support button or in the optional private facebook group.
There is a new 20 minute home workout video posted every Sunday. The workout will contain circuit style, bodyweight exercises with no equipment necessary. There are variations of each exercise to suit all fitness levels. You must complete the workouts at least 3 times over the course of the week so only 60 minutes of weekly exercise is required but more can be done, if desired, to improve results. There are also 5 bonus, muscle building, resistance workouts that can be done at home or in the gym.
The meal plan
The plan will consist of 7 different days of simple, easy to follow meals and snacks and all days will add up to the same amount of calories, protein, carbs and fat per day. The plan is flexible so meals and snacks can be moved around or preferred days can be repeated to replace others that contain foods you are not so keen on. The meal plan will not take into account food allergies or preferences for individuals so you also get a food swap sheet in your welcome pack and recipe books with 100's of simple and tasty recipes to add variety. There is also a convenience lunch option for when you need to grab something and go.
There is a new educational video on every day of the programme covering a wide range of health and fitness topics. Understanding the process is the key to long term success.

Once completed, you will be directed to a thank you page with a more detailed form to complete to ensure we provide the correct meal plan for your goals.
